Meet Nicole Wickberg and Tank
Nicole Wickberg is a Canadian children's author, entrepreneur, and animal lover who created The Adventures of Tank™ series to inspire young readers imagination, curiosity, courage, and heartwarming adventures.
The series was inspired by her real-life Yorkie, Tank. Though small in size, Tank's big personality, adventurous spirit, and loving nature have inspired stories that celebrate friendship, family, problem-solving, and the special bond between children and animals.
Nicole believes some of life's most important lessons can be taught through storytelling. Through Tank's adventures, she hopes to encourage children to explore new experiences, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of reading through fun, engaging, and wholesome adventures. She set out to create tales filled with lovable animal characters and adventures families could enjoy together. Every book is written to help children discover that reading itself is one of life's greatest adventures.
